Boston from Hayden Library – wip
I’m working just between MIT’s Hayden Library and the river. This 11×14 oil paint on linen is slowly progressing, I need a few early evenings with the right amount of sunset. It’s been too cloudy or rainy but this coming weekend is looking good.

Yesterday included rain, snow and a 6:30am painting start – now that I’m warm and dry, it’s time to show the photos.
Such a feeling painting above the construction, my own private world almost to the clouds.

Some nights . . .
Some nights a girl just needs to belt out some tunes with Cyndi Lauper/Aretha/Gloria Gaynor and fling some paint. Worked for me and maybe the art.
Frame-a-thon
There was a lot of work accomplished yesterday including revisiting a half finished painting from many years ago. Maybe it’s finished now – maybe I’ll know tomorrow.
